Often, the conditions of an application dictate the required properties of the materials to be used. For this reason, RWG has been able to accumulate decades of experience in processing and using a wide variety of materials. Among others, materials used include bearing steel 100Cr6, CRES 17-4PH, 13-8Mo, S80, 440C, Cronidur, Inconel, titanium, aluminum, various bronzes and ceramics. To achieve a desired property, these materials are further processed during the manufacturing process. Additional processes include hard chrome plating, hard anodizing, dry lubricant film coating, passivation and zinc-nickel coating.
