Self-lubricating coatings – Dry film lubricants

  • Molybdenum disulfide MoS2: PVD-coated for vacuum applications, excellent anti-friction properties, operating temperature: -260°C to +350°C
  • Graphite: Good anti-friction properties under vacuum and in atmosphere. Operating temperature: -250°C to +1500°C

Self-lubricating coatings – PTFE fabric liners

Our Fraslip liner portfolio (types E/EF/F/G/T) covers the following application criteria:

  • Good damping properties
  • Resistant to contamination
  • High static and dynamic load capacity
  • High static / dynamic loads Low / high-dynamic speeds
  • High / low temperatures: -196°C to +315°C
  • Vacuum-compatible
  • Meets requirements according to:
    • SAE AS81819 / 81820 / 81934
    • EN 2755 / 2311
    • ABS2045 and many more
